I had an excellent experience at this auto repair shop! They were open on Sunday, which was a huge help because I had a flat tire from a nail and needed urgent assistance. Derek was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. He quickly fixed the problem and made sure everything was taken care of. To my surprise, they didn’t even charge me anything afterward. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my state inspection, oil changes, and future tire services. Highly recommend this shop!

I had a sudden tire puncture on a busy day recently, and I was lucky enough to find Zachary, at NTB( National Tire & Battery). From the moment he checked the car, I could tell he is genuinely helpful and straightforward. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what had caused the puncture and what needed to be done, without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. He fixed the puncture cleanly and professionally using high-quality materials, and even checked the other tires and air pressure as a courtesy. The work was done efficiently, and my car is now running perfectly smooth again. What really stood out was how genuine he is. In a world where many service providers try to take advantage, Zach was transparent and did the job right the first time. His friendly attitude and clear communication made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent service, fair pricing, and true integrity. I went to see Gage as a trusted mechanic, because I needed service for my Yukon. I got my oil changed and my brakes done. He was polite, professional, and explained what my brake job required (as I was beyond needing just pads). I will go to Gage at any location, because I know he will be straight forward with me about what my truck needs, without trying to 'super size' additional services. This was another great experience!

During the ice storm I noticed a screw in my tire. They were open, drove the car up there and they were able to determine the screw didn’t puncture my tube. Filled it up with air and runs like a charm. And…No charge! When’s the last time that happened? Good bunch of guys up there!
