Darryl, Jeremiah and their team are incredible!! What felt like a real potential disaster was quickly, thoughtfully and meticulously handled with ease and sweet silliness!!! I highly recommend, if you’ve gotta get a flat, get it near here!!! And if you don’t have a flat but need a service come here!!

Arrived close to closing, RJ was so helpful and fully explained what I needed since I had a nail in my tire. RJ and his crew did a spectacular job advising me of other work I will eventually need and made a point to update me on any progress as they were inspecting my car. My tire was fixed and I came out there educated on my vehicular needs and very impressed by RJ's professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you RJ I will be back again when my car needs some care. Highly recommend NTB on Plano Parkway. Great set of young men.

NTB is such a blessing! They truly care for their customers. I personally want to thank Mike for being super knowledgeable and reassuring from the phone call to get me in after work to help out with my battery replacement. He was very kind and understanding! I also want to thank Jarrel because coming in after work so close to closing time he also reassured me that I would be taken care of so I could make it to work the next morning! Their team runs with such efficiency and I even witnessed Jarrel reassuring another customer that her tire was in tip top shape by taking the time to physically show her the tire and how it had in fact no leaks ( major claps bc as a woman that means a lot!!) shout out to yall!!

I had an extremely unfortunate experience here today. I had a flat and wanted to try out this shop as it is not too far from home. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. TLDR: Owner/Manager is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and AGGRESSIVE. I felt UNSAFE and was extremely UNCOMFORTABLE. A minor moment escalated after I felt the manager was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I expressed to him how that didn't sit well with me and that I wanted to take my service elsewhere. He proceeded to yell at me, follow me outside to my car and try and prevent me from leaving his shop by standing behind me car so I could not back out. Because I had a flat tire I was trying to express that I would prefer a patch if possible. The tire is pretty much a brand new since I purchased it a little over 2 month ago. I know not all holes can just be patched but the tire is so new I wanted to make sure he was aware and that since I had just spent a bunch of money on new tires I would rather not buy a new tire again. He proceeded to make a face and roll his eyes at me. I calmly expressed my frustration with this as it is unprofessional behavior. He got extremely upset and started yelling at me. Because his reaction was such an escalation I decided to take my business elsewhere and leave. I tried to de escalate and say sorry, and shake his hand but he refused my handshake. When I left for my car he followed me outside to the parking lot. He was yelling at me, telling me I was not able to leave, he prevented me from replacing the flat tire with my spare (I had drove there on the flat since the shop was close and it is a pain to put on a spare sometimes). He proceeded to then stand behind me car to to try and prevent me from leaving the parking lot. After I got in my car an closed the door, another employee (brand new on his first day) was able to coax the manager away from my car so I could leave. I regret the way this escalated and am not proud of the way I initially treated this team. I felt disrespected and like I was going to be taken advantage and charged for work I didn't need on my vehicle of so stood my ground. It escalated to a point I am very uncomfortable with and believe is completely unacceptable.

I was greeted with a welcoming hello and positive up lifting energy from Mr. Jarrell (store manager) entering NTB tire 4900 W. Plano Pkwy. I really appreciated how he listened to me, and was able to recommend what was best for my vehicle for new tires, providing outstanding customer service. I can also say the technicians were also great and knowledgeable of their work. Thank you for your kindness and generosity, to make me feel comfortable and trusting of your services you have provided for me. I will continue to return and recommend friends and family to you.
