Man i truly appreciate these guys. Came in for an oil change and found out I’ve been driving on threads. Thank you for doing a detailed inspection on my car. After running around DFW looking for independent Tesla shops and hundreds of dollars spent Ive finally found Tomer he immediately diagnosed the problem step by step without draining my pockets giving me several different opinions to fit my budget. Now Im back on the road after 2 days. Basically I was looking at thousands of dollars in repairs before coming here Tomer was able to fix for a few hundred bucks. I was referred to Meineke Car Care Center and the owner, Tomer—and I’m glad I listened. He absolutely did not disappoint. I drive a large SUV for my business, so keeping it in top condition isn’t optional—it’s critical. I brought it in for brake work, and Tomer and his team handled everything flawlessly. They replaced the front brakes (which were in pretty rough shape) and had the vehicle ready in under 24 hours. That kind of speed matters when your vehicle is your livelihood. What really stood out was the communication. Their system kept me updated every step of the way, and when needed, they even offered to walk me through everything over the phone—explaining it in a way that actually made sense, not just “mechanic talk.” I also appreciated Tomer’s honesty. He prioritized what needed immediate attention (front brakes) and gave me a clear plan for the rear brakes next—no pressure, just straightforward advice you can trust. Tomer and staff were professional, efficient, and have the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen in an auto repair shop! Local Toyota dealers quoted a lift gate repair with “no assurances it would work”. Tomer’s team trouble shot and completed the repairs within 36 hours at less than half the price the dealership had quoted me and it is working beautifully. This Meineke will be seeing me again!
