My name Reggie I was there getting brakes service for my car. Kim and Will worked on my car. Kim is super nice. She’s a great Asset to the company. She was really nice. Customer service is awesome and she has the best positive attitude. Great worker because of Kim. I’ll definitely come back.
View on GoogleAs I visited a DISCOUNT TIRE SHOP, expected a good price deal. Other than that, all were good. Service personnel were efficient and friendly. I will consider them again soon time comes to change / repair tires. Price though is a biggest factor , but sometime other factors also need to be considered. View on GoogleI recently took my car to the Mavis Tire & Battery on Custer Road in Plano, Texas, for an oil change and some much-needed repairs, including replacing the wheel bearings and struts. During the inspection, the technicians discovered that my right rear passenger tire also needed to be replaced. Given the amount of work being performed, the general manager, Noah, went above and beyond by replacing both rear tires at no additional charge. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help. A special thank you to Noah and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I will definitely be returning to this Mavis location for my future automotive service needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality service.
View on GoogleI started coming to Mavis because I thought I was coming to NTB to get some tires, but I ended up getting so much more. Mavis offers services for brakes, oil changes, and other preventative maintenance. I believed I would have to go other places for my other needs, but is was a one-stop experience. The people at Mavis talk to me like a knowledgeable person and thoroughly explain their recommendations. The service and work quality is outstanding and no one has tried to sell me unnecessary services. I appreciate the service and work and will continue to bring my vehicle for preventative maintenance and tires. And a special thanks goes to Ross and Noah for their excellent service.
