Had a tire issue and decided to give this place a try. The staff got my vehicle looked at fairly quickly, and the repair was completed without much waiting around. Prices seemed reasonable, and everyone I spoke with was professional. The experience was smooth overall, and I'd consider coming back if I need tire service again.

View on GoogleI came here because of the good reviews. However, I believe these reviews are fake because I received the worst service imaginable. I reported that I had a flat tire. They quoted me a higher price than other places. In another store the tire was repaired for $15, but here they said it would be $25. I had to wait while they chatted on the phone. When they finally finished, I noticed that the weight needed to balance the wheel was missing. The junior employee in the photo told me he shot it down. I said, "Well, it's unfortunate, but it needs to be put back in place." He said: “No, it’s all right.” I insisted that it was unacceptable because it was there before he broke it and I wanted it fixed. They refused to do this. I called my boss and they tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted, asking for $28. I ended up paying $25 because I absolutely refused to pay the extra $3. Also, my tire's special valve cap was stolen, which can be seen in the photo I took. I noticed he was missing only after I left the premises. I don't recommend this place. I hope your business goes bankrupt. This kind of service has no place.
View on GoogleI just got off the phone with this shop to ask about tires, and the experience was pretty disappointing. Before I could even provide the tire size, I was told “no sets.” They didn’t ask for the size or any other details about what I needed. What’s crazy is that I actually bought the set of tires currently on my vehicle from them before, so I would have been a returning customer. Unfortunately, after that interaction, it’s a hard pass for me. There are plenty of other small business tire shops that take the time to help their customers—spend your money with one of them instead.
View on GoogleReal solid people work here. My daughter bought a new tire here and we had issues with her sensor the following days. I went up there, no questions asked they resolved the issue. I know sometimes people can take advantage trying to upsale. I never felt pressured to purchase and knew the quality and lifeline of my tires when I left. Highly recommend, in an out too!
