After our trusted mechanic retired, he referred us to Marlow’s. This was our first time there, and our experience was wonderful! We have a big road trip planned and needed to get a “trip check” on our Highlander just to make sure the engine looked OK. With a quick call, we were able to make an appointment and get a price for the service. Upon arrival, our car was immediately taken in ON TIME, and we were in and out very quickly. We also appreciated not being “upsold” on other repairs (like the dealer always does). They did give us a few prices for some routine maintenance items that are due, which we appreciated, but we weren’t pressured at all. Overall, our experience was great, we will definitely return when necessary, and we highly recommend Marlow’s! (PS—they also texted us the day after to make sure everything went OK & to make sure our car was functioning properly!)

These guys are awesome! I took my car here for a list of repairs and I have repair insurance with CarShield. The owner and mechanic were definitely my advocate for pushing for CarShield to cover necessary repairs to optimize how my car runs, my time, effort, and money. I had a strong sense of trust with them from the start. The guys were very good about communicating and finishing all things in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them for my future car repairs and service. My car feels like brand new again!!!

Marlow Automotive was amazing! They helped me get an affordable option for fixing my car and worked very fast. I did mostly everything over the phone and picking up my car took only 5-10 minutes. Very easy. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at Marlow Automotive and I am honestly impressed with their service. I had driven all the way from Indiana to Plano and my car was due for an oil change. Brandon helped me secure the earliest appointment to bring in my car and get it inspected and have a quick oil change done. This was the first time I found a place where they never pursued me to remove/replace stuff from that really didn't need to be replaced. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get your car serviced in the Plano area.

Took wifes car in because she was complaining of AC not working when its really hot outside. They did an entire AC diagnostic on the system for 75$ which i dont think is too bad. But (what I assume was the owner) went ahead and did a bumper to bumper inspection on it for free. They had the car all day as they were testing the AC throughout the day as it got hotter out. I got a call a couple hours later and told they were still waiting to see if they could recreate the issue with the AC, but in the meantime, there were some things that could be done if I wanted. Such as, coolant flush, transmission fluid change, Gas system flush. Normal 100k mile tune up stuff that I already knew that my wife was about 50k over on getting done. I agreed to some of the work, and it was a fair price. What i really liked about the experience was everyone was extremely nice to talk to, everyone i talked to explained everything out to me very clearly and understandable. While i was in the lobby waiting, i did see another mechanic come in and grab another customer to take him back to actually put eyes on the problem. I did like seeing that. Also, and this is big for me, they sent a text message to me with a link to a folder of everything they had done to my car. Not only pictures, but videos of tests being ran, pictures of results of tests, a full 360 of pictures around the vehicle and under. I had never dealt with a shop that was so transparent before. It was very refreshing. At the end of the day, they were unable to recreate the AC problem. They tested everything and everything came back working. Maybe it wasnt hot enough out that day? Not sure. But my wife did say that whatever they did, it is blowing colder than normal. So I thank them for that. I would highly recommend this shop just on the transparency alone. But the excellent customer service is just an added bonus.
