Wonderful place with great service. I’ve been bringing both of my cars here for the past two years, and they’ve always done a great job. Every repair has been done right the first time. Jason took great care of my vehicle. Extremely professional and fast (took 2 business days for my Volvo to have oil, struts, transmission fluid, coolant pipe, alignment, and spark plugs replaced) A little pricey but he was willing to work with me some which went a long way, and cleaned and washed the car which was a nice touch also. Every diagnosis and repair was clearly documented and photos were taken so I had full clarity to what was being serviced. Would definitely return and wrote this review unprompted

Very nice staff but price is radiculus. I paid for my lack of research. Changed two front wheels bearing and hub assembly for my 2019 Raptor. Stuff says it’s after market and not even OEM , quoted me a price of $650 each for material, cost me $1300 for two and like $700 labors. I checked later the OEM is $280 each, and this auto shop charged me $650 for NON-OEM Guys do your research before you authorize to move forward. Thank you again those nice staffs.

I had an incredible experience with Major Automotive and couldn’t recommend them more! I originally came in for an engine light issue, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was thoroughly diagnosed and handled. They took care of my front brakes, thermostat, fuel injection service, and spark plugs and my car is running perfectly now. A huge shoutout to Jordan, who was amazing from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. What really stood out was their customer service since I live pretty far, they even arranged an Uber for me to and from the shop, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was truly impeccable and professional. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs for my Mercedes-Benz C300. Highly recommend Major Automotive to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-tier service!
