Great service and treated with respect. David helped with the customer service over the phone and the mechanic, Milton, did excellent work fixing my windshield wiper problem! It had been a struggle driving during random rains from Texas. I truly appreciate their hard work! Thank you so much 😊

I appreciate that they do high quality service and do not upsell customers on things that aren’t needed.

I appreciate them talking to me before doing any changes.even with all the work that needed to be done, they got me out quick!
View on GooglePlease get your oil changed here. I highly recommend. They are truly quick and do a great job. Kevin and his mechanics were so kind and helpful. I stopped by and told them my windshield washer fluid was leaking out. They immediately took a quick look at it and within 10 minutes they came in and said, we found the problem, fixed it, no charge. Turns out the hose had a crack which they were easily able to repair. I was blessed with their kindness today and I thank them.
View on GoogleWhat started as a straightforward brake inspection turned into a frustrating, nearly week-long runaround. On 4/3, I brought my car in and was told my front brake pads were fine, but my rotors were worn and needed to be replaced. I was given specific instructions to call back Saturday between 12–1 to see if the mechanic could come in. I did exactly that except there were issues with the phones lines, so I drove up to the shop myself. The mechanic wasn’t there, and the manager, Kevin, told me to come back Monday and he’d have parts ordered. Monday came, and I made the trip again. The mechanic was there this time and took a look at my car, only to tell me the exact same thing I’d already been told: the rotors were bad and needed replacing. But he had no parts, couldn’t order them himself, and the manager was out due to a family emergency. Come back tomorrow, he said. On 4/7, I finally got service except it wasn’t what had been discussed at all. The manager, Kevin, replaced only the brake pads, and I was told the rotors didn’t actually need to be replaced after all. To his credit, Kevin was the one person throughout this process who genuinely seemed to listen to my concerns and made an effort to understand where I was coming from, something I didn’t always feel from the other staff. I appreciated that. Even so, the overall experience was confusing and exhausting. Four trips, a week of back and forth, and I still left without a clear answer on what was actually wrong with my car in the first place.
