Not only did he clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, but he also took the time to physically show me what he was referring to. That level of transparency made such a difference. I never felt rushed, pressured, or talked down to — which unfortunately can happen sometimes in auto service settings. AAron made sure I understood my options, what was urgent versus what could wait, and why. His honesty and willingness to educate me gave me complete confidence in the service provided. Da-Leon and Dee did a wonderful job at explaining what was going on with my car, helped me understand what I couldn’t and didn’t need to do and we’re not price focused but customer focus. Best customer care I’ve ever had at a car place!
View on GoogleI brought my car to Kwik Kat for a simple oil change. When I picked it up, they let me know there was a slow oil leak and that I might need a new oil pan. We discussed that it was likely caused by a previous provider using the wrong drain plug. I left on Saturday, and by Monday my low oil light came on. I was preparing to put my big girl pants on and fight for help, but I was shocked by how receptive Jonathan was. He stayed late the next day while I battled heavy rain, traffic, and even had to stop to add oil to my car just so he could take another look at it. Long story short, Jonathan saw me again and continued to ask me to follow up to make sure everything was working properly. I was blown away by the level of customer service and how genuinely invested he was in helping me through the situation. It wasn’t the experience I expected, but Jonathan turned a stressful situation into a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you, Jonathan and the Kwik Kar team!
View on GoogleCar battery died so we took it to kwik kar. They were able to immediately replace the battery and they also noticed that the thermostat was bad. Car was ready in 2 hours. Work was fairly priced. Johnathan was great to work with.
View on GoogleAfter moving, I needed to find a new auto shop, which is always a bit stressful. You never really know if they’ll do a good job or try to upsell you. I stopped by Kwik Kar near my house yesterday for an oil change, and Da-Kwuon took great care of me. The service was fast, straightforward, and professional. He also topped off my windshield washer fluid and added some brake fluid, which I really appreciated. Of course, I’ll need to come back a few more times before making a final decision, but so far I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return.
