Want to start first by saying the guys at the shop are great, completely respectable gentlemen that are willing to work with you on everything. The guys in the back do a great job as well. On personality I would give a 5 star review. Have a truck that had radiator issues, they were able to tow my truck day of and have the radiator replaced by end of day. The radiator did come with warranty and was needed, I had an oil leak a week later, was able to bring the truck back to them and they replaced the radiator free of charge. A few weeks later my truck was broken into, right passenger window and lug nuts were taken/broken. They were able to replace everything and paid for an uber back home. What bumps it down a star is the cost of everything. I found their service costs and parts costs to be incredibly high. I’m not sure if that’s just the market but I feel I paid well above what the services and parts should cost, maybe that’s everyone’s encounter with auto shops. Will look to find a personal mechanic to take my services to from here forward, but I do recommend the team at Integrity and appreciate all of the service they provided me.

Workers were honest and very professional. My car had 175,000 miles and I was not yet ready to say goodbye. They explored every avenue for repair and then gave me an honest opinion regarding the cost of repair vs the anticipated life of the car. Additionally, I was given a credit for my next oil change and they were very helpful in discussing options to make arrangements for my car. Everybody was so nice!!

Luke, the manager, was so incredibly helpful and helped us figure out and prioritize what needed to be fixed on my truck, and offered to help us get financing if we needed it. The whole crew was incredibly helpful. They even had an extra tech help get the job done faster, as I was in a time crunch and needed my vehicle asap. They didn't have to do that at all, but they made sure to get my vehicle to me as fast as possible, and I appreciated it more than words can express. Thank you, Luke and crew, for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back with our other car to have y'all look it over. Look forward to seeing you again!

View on GoogleVery happy with my experience at Integrity. I had contact with two technicians and two of the front desk guys. All of them were very conscientious about customer service. I had a punctured tire that I honestly didn’t think could be repairable. They repaired the tire and did an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. They did quality work at a very reasonable price. Good communication and they sent me back to work in a Lyft while they did their work. Highly recommended.
