Integrity 1st Car Pros has been amazing. I’ve used them for hail damage repair, accident/body work, and regular maintenance of my BMW and Land Rover, and every experience has been excellent. They handled the insurance process smoothly, kept me informed, and the body work and paint came out flawless — you’d never know my car was damaged. For routine service, they’re honest, professional, and never try to upsell unnecessary work. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust for both major repairs and everyday maintenance. My Caddy had worn out differential bushings that needed replacing. I got a fair quote along with a full car inspection (brakes tires battery etc). I was told the work would be done in a day after the replacement parts were ordered. The shop was great about communicating the status of my car during the repair process. I was even offered a free ride from my house back to the shop to pick up my car (but I had a ride figured out anyway) which was a nice surprise. The waiting area was comfortable and it has a nice assortment of snacks, coffee and drinks to enjoy while you’re waiting for your car to be fixed. Very pleased with the work done on my car and would definitely consider taking my car there for repairs in the future when needed. Thanks, Integrity!

I rolled into the parking lot with my Jeep smoking! First time using Integrity 1st And the team took great care of both me and my Jeep.
