We have a remodeled passenger transport bus that we use to shuttle rescue dogs to and from weekly events. It has been a very reliable transporter. Very few shops work on these type of vehicles, we needed to reroute the radiator hose that tied into the heater that was in the back of the bus on the floor. The hose was leaking and it served no purpose to the remodeled configuration. Honesty Automotive fixed the issue and it made a huge difference in how we load and unload kennels at our weekly events. Friendly and efficient staff, they understood exactly what needed to be done and took care of it.

You know what they say about going to a repair shop—you often leave with another issue. That was my concern when I needed to replace the belt tensioner on my Mazda after the dealership strongly recommended it. I shopped around and found Honesty Automotive. They were quick to communicate through email, provided a detailed quote, and their pricing was much more reasonable than the dealership's. They did an excellent job and even recommended another repair at a fair cost without any pressure. When I picked up my vehicle, the TPMS light and a few other warning lights were on, and the LCD display wasn't working. Although the shop had already closed, the manager personally came back to help. He addressed the issue immediately, and everything has worked perfectly ever since. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I could feel the difference in how my car drove afterward. I'm extremely grateful for their service and would highly recommend them. To be honest, when I first arrived, I almost turned around because the shop didn't look like the type of place I was used to. However, I decided to give them a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I have absolutely no regrets and will definitely return for future automotive needs.

Had a 2023 MDX Type-S with a rodent damaged air suspension hose. Honesty Auto was able to get my vehicle fixed up in a few days and for a very fair price compared to the outrageously expensive Acura dealership estimate. Steven kept me informed throughout the repair. Definitely will be bringing some of my other older cars here as needed. Was nice talking to the owner Harman who always responded to my texts and questions.

While I didn’t get a chance to use this shop because insurance wanted me to go through network, I will be taking my car here for any other issues in the future. Steven was so prompt on communication & keeping me in the loop, more so than my insurance even, & was phenomenal advising me & getting me a fair price if I weren’t using insurance. Honesty is a great name for them, would recommend a thousand times over.
