Hi everyone. I normally do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because of the exceptional care and quality of work from this team. I typically take my 4Runner to Toyota dealerships. This time, I received a quote that was beyond my budget, so a friend recommended Custer Road Tire and Service for a second opinion. From the moment I arrived, the team took the time to ride with me, understand my concerns, and genuinely listen to my experience. It was clear that they truly cared about identifying the root of the issue. I shared not only my current concern, but also a problem that had persisted for five years, something that three different Toyota dealerships had not been able to resolve. Not only did they fix my current issue at a much more reasonable price, but they also ordered OEM Toyota parts and successfully diagnosed and resolved the long standing issue. I now feel safer and genuinely enjoy driving my truck again. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, honesty, and dedication. I highly recommend visiting them for any service needs.

Exceptional service from this shop! I am not necessarily proud to write this, but when I brought my car in for an oil change, the tech's found a dead rate on my battery under the hood. My car rarely gets driven, so I had no idea it was there. They took care if it no problem at all. Very pleased with the techs and everyone I spoke with while there. Very fairly priced as well.
View on GoogleWent to have a tire mounted and balanced. A competitor told me it would be over a two hour wait for one tire! They did it in about 20 minutes and the price was a lot better. The staff was great and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

The guys at this shop were so pleasant, helpful, and quick with getting me set up with a new tire. I was in out in roughly 30 minutes and rolling again.
