I started using EurAuto several years ago due to their specific experience with BMW Diesel vehicles. I tried a few shops and had horrible results but have had nothing but good results here. I am now on my second vehicle and continue to have good results. I was considering going to a shop that was more conveniently located to me (I live in Sanger), but decided against it due to past success and experience. The communication is great and the whole process is very transparent. I'm confident that my car will be repaired correctly and in a timely manner. EurAuto has earned my business.

They did a great job. Even though I had some issues out of our control due to dealership lock outs, I was assured my car was safe to drive. They recommended a service advisor they work with at a VW dealership and I made an appointment with them. They are getting me in first thing tomorrow! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

I am an out of state car buyer, living in Michigan but I found a vehicle down in Texas that I liked. Shark and his team were recommended to me and they did not disappoint. His communication was quick & friendly. He set clear expectations & provided me with photos and videos of the car I was interested in purchasing. I am a pretty detailed person so I was thrilled with how through he was in inspecting the car for me. He looked at everything!! I would highly recommend EurAuto for a Pre-Purchase inspection!

The customer service at Euro Shop is beyond exceptional! Not only did they take their time to explain each repair item on my inspection, but they worked directly with my warranty company and explained the repairs to my dad without complaint. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have been treated so well throughout the process, even when I was slightly difficult with the amount of questions I had.
