If you're looking for auto repair in Plano, Texas, I highly recommend this shop. I recently had a failing wheel bearing repaired here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The repair was completed quickly, and the difference was immediately noticeable. My car now drives incredibly smooth and quiet, and I even noticed improved ride quality afterward, which was a very nice unexpected bonus. What was also very impressive to me was the professionalism and honesty of the staff. After my wheel bearing repair, I asked about diagnosing another issue I was experiencing. Instead of guessing or trying to sell me a repair, both the service manager and the general mechanic were upfront and told me I should return when their master mechanic was available so the issue could be properly diagnosed. That level of honesty is rare. Many shops would have simply thrown out a diagnosis and estimate, whether they were certain or not. These guys took the time to make sure I would get accurate vehicle diagnostics from the right person. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It's clear they take pride in doing quality work and giving customers accurate information. My repair was done superbly, and my car and I are both very happy to be back on the road and driving normally again. I'll absolutely be returning for future repairs.

Car Care Central has highly experienced mechanics, and very professional staff. I was looking for a auto repair shop in Plano, and came across these guys. Such a great find! Their tech was really knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. I was very impressed with the breadth of knowledge he has. Best local shop!

Bobby was super kind and made a not-so-great vehicle situation a lot better. CCC offers financing options which are a huge help! They got me back on the road sooner than originally estimated. They have truly earned my business! Thanks again so much!

This place was recommended to us. We have been trying it out , and after 1 year these are my thoughts. They are personable at the front desk and are good at remembering repeat customers. They have been sensitive to times when I have had to wait in the waiting room ( which is clean) and to quickly get my car serviced. I have had them change oil, replace engine mounts, hydraulic lifts for hatch, transmission fluids, windshield washer motor replacement and more. I get a text before they have completed the work to tell me all the they have checked with 3 levels of assessment: 1) system OK, 2) Consider getting fixed sometime soon, and 3) items that need to be addressed immediately. At first I wonder if this was a farce for more business, but found their assessments to be fair. Mind you this was only a text for my personal consideration. No pushy sales. Once complete, no mention of the Assessment list - nor were they pushing further sales or work. They simply Checked me out and I was ready to go. All the work they have done was done well. Their service work is guaranteed I will continue to use them, though they are far from my home. It’s Hard to find a competent place you can trust - I do recommend you try them out.

Stay away from this place. They are very dishonest. My son took his car here for an alignment. They charged him over $100 and gave him a report that stated it needed more repairs to get the alignment fixed. I took the report to my mechanic and after reviewing the report and looking at the car, he determined that Car Care Central did not even attempt to do the alignment. I called Car Care Central and spoke with Bruce (the manager). I explained the situation to him and he said to bring the car back for the alignment. We took the car back to them , however they did not honor their word and said they could not do the alignment because the car still needed repairs. I realized this place was a waste of my time, so I decided to take the loss on the $ we spent with them. We took the car for alignment to a place my mechanic recommended. It is driving perfectly fine now with 0 issues. Car Care Central is a scam. Do not do any business here.
