Dealing with hail damage can be a huge headache, but AMP made the process completely stress-free. From the initial inspection to working directly with my insurance company, they handled everything seamlessly. Scott provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and even arranged for a rental car. The repair was completed in a timely matter and they returned my car to me looking brand new, completely detailed. I couldn't be happier and would give them more than five stars if I could!

Our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee was recently hit by a hail storm. Fortunately, it was only the hood. Scott took great care of us! I thought my 2012 Chrysler 300 was totaled in a hail storm. Luckily for me AMP Hail was able to make it look like it was never even touched. I still can believe it, they got it done 3 days faster then I was originally quoted. I hit about 5 different painless dent repair shops in the area, these guys were definitely the most busy. They were stacked with cars and guys working so I figured it was a good place to try. Glad I did, now I see why they work 24 hours. Thanks ya'll.

5/26/25: Honestly I had high hopes working with AMP just based on the reviews and first impression, but I am fairly disappointed. I was explicitly told that I would get updates consistently even if it was as simple as waiting for a clip.. that never happened. I had to ask first to have any update. The day I was finally able to get my car they did kindly wait and stay open for me due to me getting off work close to their closing time which I am beyond grateful for. After a brief look at my car it looked brand new and no signs of ever having hail damage considering the insane hail damage I did have which was exciting, however, they left a container of broken clips and pieces in my back seat and one day after picking up my car the front panel underneath was practically falling off because it wasn’t clipped back into place and could only be seen if you stuck your head past the view of the bumper or saw it from afar because it made it look like my bumper was falling off. It quite literally looks like they forgot to completely put it back together if at all which is beyond upsetting. My husband and father attempted to fix it best they could until I can speak to AMP after the holiday weekend, they got it pinned back up but is still clearly missing pieces. Edit 5/29/25: Scott went above and beyond when he was back in town to fix the problem and then some. I don’t have the most flexible schedule, but he took the time to coordinate with my husband and get my car back to looking brand new as soon as we could get my car to them. He made us feel extremely cared about and understood. Thank you to Scott and his team, we understand there’s never enough time in the day for all the things you do but you made us feel there was time for us.
