I came to Sun Auto in Murphy in 2025 for a simple alignment on my Civic and to install new rims and tires. They ended up scratching BOTH my brand new rims and my old ones. When I went back to address it, the manager was rude and dismissive. He offered me a $150 credit, which is honestly a joke compared to the damage they caused. I decided to give them another chance today for an alignment, and it was even worse. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was completely crooked. I had to take it back and wait another 40 minutes. After the second attempt, it improved slightly, but the alignment is still off. Before I ever came here, my steering wheel was perfectly centered. Now it’s ruined, and my front tires — which are only 4 months old — are already showing uneven wear because of their poor work. This place has cost me more money out of pocket instead of fixing anything. Horrible service, careless work, and zero accountability. I will never bring my car back here.

SUN AUTO is a place like no other auto repair place ….like it’s got the greatest sales person and staff ready to meet greet and provide professional service at your convenience. You can either wait or your children can play on an indoor playground. I brought my car in after it started making a rough sound during acceleration, especially on uphill roads. They didn’t jump to conclusions and instead took time to test it under different conditions. After a proper inspection, they found a minor exhaust leak that was affecting performance. Once repaired, the engine feels smoother and more responsive, and the sound is completely gone.

Got a flat tire on 544 right in front of this location. Immediately pulled over and I lucked out big time that I pulled over in front of this place! They were about to close, but the front desk guys were so helpful. They came out and swapped my tire off and put on the spare and aired it up. Without charge, even though I offered to pay. They were so helpful and accommodating, thank you so much!

My husband and I had an unfortunately long wait for our oil changes. Because of my feedback, their customer service reached out to us and wanted to make it right. They went above and Beyond! This is a company that truly cares about customer service! They have earned our future business.
