I’ve brought three different vehicles to Integrity 1st over the years, and they’ve consistently taken great care of me. The front staff is always friendly, and they tend to get work done pretty quickly, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I brought in my Kia EV9 and my VW Atlas for alignments. The EV9 was handled smoothly, although I did have to call to check whether it was ready. Not a big deal, just something to note. The Atlas visit is what really reminded me why I trust this shop. During their inspection, they noticed the oil filter and drain plug were leaking from an oil change I had done at Take 5 only two hours earlier. I’m extremely thankful they caught it. If I hadn’t brought it in the same day, I could have ended up with a major engine problem. The only other minor issue I’ve ever had was a couple of years ago when my Pacifica’s strut replacement was delayed, probably because of parts availability. Otherwise, every experience has been solid. Overall, Integrity 1st has earned my trust with their honesty, attention to detail, and friendly service. I’ll keep bringing my vehicles here.

I worked for an insurance company with the name Integrity in it and that word was the main thing the company lacked. However, it’s surprising how far a good sales man and a NFL partner on the board can take a story. Nevertheless, my wife got a nail in her new Tahoe while checking out the progress on our newly designed home being built, and I called right before closing, and Zanne made sure he got it taken care of! A shop that stays open for last minute help is increasingly rare. Great customer service. Great leadership at the company. Last, I like that the owners still have control of the company, and haven’t sold their souls to private equity. It shows and makes a huge difference. I’d recommend Integrity 1st Auto to anyone at this time.

Always a great experience here! I moved to Murphy about six months ago and first came in for an issue with my Ford Explorer. Even though it’s a chain, it has such a welcoming, neighborhood feel. Brian and his team are outstanding, they genuinely care, take the time to explain things, and make you feel like family no matter the situation. The waiting area is a huge plus too, with a massage chair and complimentary drinks/snacks that make the time fly by. And if you’re in a rush, they’ll even arrange an Uber to get you to work or home. Highly recommend to anyone! 5 stars all the way!!!

I really appreciate the work they did for me. And to be honest the only problem that I had was resolved very quickly. I feel the assistant at this location deserve a great bonus this year. She went out of her way for the company and the customer. I believe her name is Lauren. She really goes out of her way to help the customer and the company. She is very professional and polite. After my car was towed here, the team assisted me right away and within the hour, were able to identify the issue. They provided a detailed breakdown of the priority issues including photos and videos and explained everything thoroughly so I could make informed decisions. They also stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and taking the time to answer my questions. I appreciated that at no point did I feel pressured-they gave me the information and helped me understand exactly what needed attention. This experience made me feel confident that my car was in good hands and I will definitely be coming to have my car serviced at this location. Highly recommend for honest and professional service 😊
