Went to Christian Brothers Automotive because they were close by and their name implied they would be nice and reasonable business that wouldn’t try to take advantage of their customers by overcharging. But that’s what happened they tried to over charge me. This is what happened: -Got a quote for $5,900 from them -I told them the dealership gave me a quote for $6,000 for a lil bit more I’d rather just go to the dealership and have that peace of mind. So, they adjusted the quote and gave me a new quote for $5,700 😑 -I said that’s barely any savings over the dealership so then they spoke to the manager and came back with $5,200. I said I have to check another repair shop and will get back to them and left. -I went next door to 1st integrity auto repairs and got a quote for $3,000 and brought that back to Christian brothers and asked if they can match it. They were somehow all of a sudden able to come down from $5,200 to $3,200!!!! Unbelievable and shady! How are you all of a sudden able to be so much lower? And why didn’t you just give me that price from the beginning? Avoid this place if you want a good hassle free experience where people won’t take advantage of you.

This has been the most devastating experience ever. It all started on October 1,2025 when I trusted this establishment to do my oil change on my BMW X3 . Upon arrival I felt welcomed and in safe hands due to the fact that they offered me an oil change for a reasonable price. I was even dropped off by their company shuttle and picked up when my oil change was done. A few minutes before being picked up I recieved a message to my phone from this company which was basically a Full diagnostic for everything that my car needed. Keep in mind I read through this inspection thoroughly. Also keep in mind I did not request nor need an inspection. My car is 4 months old and since I purchased this vehicle I have never had any minor or major issues with the car. I also have access to my “ vehicle status” which showed everything as okay. As the worker pulled up my car for me to drive off I noticed my check engine light was on the dashboard. At first, I thought it must’ve been a sensor issue from the oil change even though I was alarmed I decide to just go back into the establishment to notify them. A team member followed me to my car. Reset the dashboard and told me if the car drove funny or had any issues to come back and let them know they also included that there was NO MAJOR ISSUE DETECTED ON MY CAR BESIDES my right tire needing a replacement . After the man turned off the light I left the parking lot and went to run errands. About less than an hour of driving the engine light checked back on the dashboard . At this time I realized the store was almost closing but I pulled back up because I wasn’t too far. As I pulled up, I met with two team members expressing my concern about this random issue that sparked from no where. They advised that I bring the car back today . To make matter worse , after them reassessing the car today. They now informed me with some new reason for an engine light that magically turned on after the car was driving well for 4 months. The only service due was an oil change . After expressing my constant frustration and disappointment for something done to my vehicle beyond my understanding. I recieved a ridiculous quote of $1,700 with verbal emotional words to follow as if that was going to help solve my current situation at hand . From a $60 oil change now to a $1700 quote that was never relevant to begin with . I write this with total dissatisfaction and disappointment. Also after reviewing many different reviews from multiple locations, this clearly was not the establishment to trust. I am beyond hurt , lost and now walking away with no solution but a check engine light and many questions now finding answers fr Others that didn’t cause it. Only God knows what problem could’ve been caused in the short amount of time . If you are looking for honest , thorough , exceptional work of ANY KIND.. stay far away from this establishment that from the outside can be promising but leave you in total tears and confusion.

Absolutely love their service, I always come to them and I know they will take care of me and my vehicle. Ms. Julia explained all the details of my inspection with such detail and clarity and I was able to understand easily.
