We have been going to this location for a very long time. We unfortunately couldnt get there until 2:48pm on a Saturday, they close at 3pm. I get they want to go home, this was the only time we could get there and they turned us away. Might as well close at 2:30 then if yall are turning customers away before the time thats posted. After 20+ years we will take our business elsewhere. ✌🏼

View on GoogleVery frustrating experience here. Called and asked what diesel oil they have for Ford. Was told rotella and other brands. When I arrived I confirmed rotella full synthetic. After the change was done receipt says valvoline synthetic. Went back in and said I asked for rotella. They then informed me they don't have full synthetic rotella and used valvoline. I would've liked to be given the option to continue with the service or go elsewhere as I don't run valvoline. So now I'm sitting at another oil change company paying and another 200. I would not go there as the customer communication is terrible. After getting to the different oil change I inspected their work and that's just as bad. They didn't even clean up the oil from what was a spotless pan and lines. These guys need some training in all departments.

View on GoogleDO BOT GO HERE!!!!! Bunch of thieves. Price says 91 for synthetic. Tried to get me to replace filters that weren't dirty that I had changed them the last time. Charged me an extra 30 for one quart of oil and a special filter they said I needed. Never needed that before. Extremely unhappy. I FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED.
