Everyone here was so helpful and friendly. We had to wait for the oil filter to be delivered but they kept us informed on how long and even let us plug in our RV while we waited. The oil change itself took almost no time at all to get done. Definitely recommend them.

View on GoogleWe have used DFW RV center on multiple occasions in the past two years. Luis and his team are outstanding. On the most recent repair, the team worked with an OEM to get warranty coverage which was difficult to achieve, Their efforts saved us $1000. Highly recommended DFW RV center!
View on GoogleThe length of time my travel trailer was at your facility was great. I had 2 problems. The awning would not retract without manual assistance. A vent cover on the roof needed replaced. Ultimately I was told one of the support struts needed replaced. The vent cover was replaced. I was then told the whole awning arm needed replaced because it was too dangerous to replace the strut, at tge cost of over $1200. I declined that work. I went to pick up my trailer. The vent cover which they installed did not match the other 2, even though they are still available. I left the trailer for the correction. I looked up the strut replacement. It looked pretty straight forward and I may attempt it myself. No need to replace the whole awning arm!!!
View on GoogleWe recently had a Lippert recall on our 2020 Forest River Sunseeker C Class MH for a defective bracket under the unit on the hydraulic reservoir. Ironically we had already had issues with it and had it repaired by Rover RV, the former company that DFW RV Center [replaced.] Lippert was offering to reimburse customers who had already experienced this failure and had had it repaired previously. They just wanted proof. Although I kept files on all of the repairs on our rig, Lippert kept requesting more data, receipts and photos. DFW RV Center (Becca) repeatedly and cheerfully dug through their archives and provided me with exactly the information I needed to get a full refund. THANK YOU!
