This is a hard industry to keep customers happy because cars are mechanical. This used to be my go to place. They have done engine swaps in my son's and mother's cars. They have worked on my pickup and Lexus doing a good job. I've lost trust after a back and forth mechanical breakdown of our high mileage 4Runner... I just do not know what to say and I do not want to body slam these guys because they are good people doing a hard job but I'm searching for a mechanic that I can trust with all my vehicles is the emotions I have.

I brought my 4Runner in late in the day for a wheel alignment without an appointment. The team made no guarantees but assured me they would do their best to fit it in. Given the timing, I didn’t expect it to be completed the same day. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me, perform the alignment, and set to the specs I requested. Excellent service and professionalism! Highly recommend Rick's!

Had issues with my daughter's car with the AC. Dealership actually changed the compressor two years ago and was still having issues. Dropped the car off at Ricks and got it back same day, was actually the relay switch. It was quick and easy and everyone there was very nice and helpful.
