Amazing mechanics! It was a bit of a wait because they were busy but it was the end of the night and they let me park in the bay for my 10 off after getting work done because I was out of time. I would get work done here anytime! Let me park for a 10, stay in the truck while they worked on it, and keep the truck on to keep my dog cool. No other loves has done that. 10 out of 10 service and I’d buy them dinner if I had it like that

View on GoogleFive Stars Baby! Why? Well, I was fueling on pump 19 while my bride went inside for 12 pack of Coke, a gallon of washing fluid for windshield and a case of drinking water. All heavy stuff for a lady and a good amount to handle. I was pulling up from pump to run in and carry our goods out when my passenger door opens. A love’s employee named Ash “G” I think he said. He had carried all that out for my wife. That’s customer service that requires a 5 star review. He was polite, a gentleman and a valuable asset to Love’s on this day. Thank you Ash. That’s how you win over customers!!!
View on GoogleIn all my years driving a truck and going to over a hundred Loves truck stops, I’ve never once had any of their employees racially profile me over a cup of drink that cost $1.49!!! And when I complained to the manager (Robert Tygart) about it he justified it and said they questioned everyone walking in an out of the store with things in their hands over their personal radios. And when I told him this has never happened to me at any of the many loves I’ve been to, he said those employees at the other locations don’t know how to do their jobs. Smh and I stood there watching other people walking out the store and she nor her enabling manger questioned those people about what they had in their hands. She came from the back room and saw me with the drink in my hand and immediately concluded that I was a thief because of how I look? Not to mention there’s two cashiers at the door that she saw me at and none of them questioned me about the drink but this lady walked out the store behind me embarrassing me in front of people as if I’m some kinda thief, without following their normal protocols. All While I’ve been in the store for the past two hours doing laundry, walking back and forth because I was on a phone call. This is definitely the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten as a driver going to all the truck stops I’ve been to in my years of driving.
