If you have an issue with your transmission, Jake is the man to see. I traveled around to multiple shops that weren't able to tell me what the issue was with my truck. Jake completed his evaluation uncovering a bulletin from GM outlining my specific issue that other owners are experiencing caused by an Over the Air update. I appreciate Jake's honesty, and willingness to help. He didn't charge me a dime to an evaluation and offered to help futher if GM didn't rectify my issue. I would definitely come back to Hwy 67 Transmission if ever I have an issue and I recommend everyone around to do the same!

This crew is awesome! I brought in my 2018 yukon and they were able to fix it within a day and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Also, when talking to Jake I was explaining to him an issue i was having with my 2014 Silverado and he suggested there was an issue with my transmission filter, so I went and bought a new filter, some new fluid and changed it myself and sure enough, the filter was the issue! Saved me thousands of dollars!!! Big thanks to Jake and his crew! Never going anywhere else with my transmission issues!!! They are definitely the best!!

Jake demonstrated a level of customer service you just don’t see much these days. I took my truck into the shop thinking I had a transmission issue. He did his due diligence and throughly evaluated my truck. Turns out I had an issue not related to transmission. He never asked for a compensation for his diagnostic time spent and referred me to a great mechanic that fix the issue quickly and at a great price. I’ll be seeing him soon to get my transmission fluid changed and I’ll never go anywhere else for transmission maintenance or repair.

Jake blew my expectations out of the water. Dropped it off after hours on a Monday and he called me Tuesday with a plan. Explained everything in detail and gave me options which I appreciate. He ended up rebuilding the whole trans and I picked up the car on Thursday. Excellent customer service. I can’t say enough good things about Jake and his team at Hwy 67 transmissions
