Brought my 2013 F-350 here for a diagnostic. Truck entered the shop with a perfectly working shifter, but was returned to us broken. The shop claimed the internal transmission linkage was bad. We hired an independent mobile mechanic who discovered the linkage had simply been backed out/loosened so it wouldn't read 'Park.' He tightened it, and it worked instantly. Management called us liars when we questioned it. Be very careful taking your vehicle here.

Took the car to Elite Diesel Pros for my clutch replacement on my 2018 STi. Don’t let the shop name fool ya, they do high quality work on all makes/models gas or diesel. Chris did an amazing job on the clutch install, and because of his thoroughness looking over the car, he caught a few other small (but very important) things that needed immediate attention that I hadn’t caught myself, thankfully. I sat at the shop for a few hours waiting for a ride home, and Jerad, who mans the front desk, made those few hours feel like a few minutes because he’s so friendly and personable (and professional!). Overall was a great experience from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks you guys!
