This is the place to go for your auto needs. When I called in to verify and ask questions Alexis was very helpful knowledgeable informative caring. When I showed up later than I expect and pulled up right away they open the bay doors came up to me knew who I was already and was ready to work on my car and even had the tire ordered and delivered there when I arrived it was amazing especially considering the winter storm had the roads bad they still moved fast. Not sure the gentmen name but he was very kind asked question to make sure what my concerns were and stayed after closing took fix wire that were rubbing on the tire so that I didn't have to come back since I lived so far away. Most places would of sent me home and not even of said anything or just let the wires rubbed but he didnt. I highly recommend this place. This place is huge very comfortable waiting area with water and coffee, tv, nice bathroom nice lounge chairs and those with kids they have a kids play place area for the to occupy themselves while your waiting. When I walked in I felt like walking into to a nice welcoming home. Like super comfortable I have social anxiety but did not have any walking in. Thank you Sun Auto Employees y'all were super awesome welcoming and caring and need more place with people like you in this world.. I give 100 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To LYFT EXPRESS rental car drivers do come here they will take care of you no question ask. Do Not go to Just Tires anywhere they are all horrible.. Come to Sun Auto 6661 Custer. They are the best

Had a great experience with this shop. They repaired the A/C system on my Subaru Forester and also mounted and balanced tires on my VW Jetta. The team was professional, explained the work clearly, and didn’t try to sell unnecessary repairs. The A/C is working great, and the tire service was done quickly and correctly. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the whole process was straightforward. It’s hard to find a shop that is both honest and competent, but these guys earned my trust. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended.

I came in for a state inspection and the staff was friendly and the process was quick. During the visit I was advised that my brake pads should be replaced. After the inspection I checked the pads myself and found they still had a good amount of life remaining. I literally told them I’m a full time mechanic. Imagine what they would recommend to someone who doesn’t know anything about cars. Because brake repairs are safety related, I always recommend verifying the condition before approving work. Based on my experience I decided not to move forward with the repair and will likely seek service elsewhere in the future
