I went there to tune up my car, because i had a broken ignitor, i have my own computer for car. I requested to change the ignitor, i paid 100usd for that, and 1 week later the same and worst, now 2 broken. What an awful service
View on GoogleI want to share my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation. I took my 2018 GMC Sierra to Arturo’s Auto Shop after the check-engine light came on for a catalytic converter issue and an engine misfire. After picking up my truck, I noticed air leaking and loose screws under the hood. The check-engine light kept coming back with the same misfire codes. They told me three injectors were bad, said they replaced them, and I paid for that service. The truck kept running poorly, so I eventually parked it because the costs kept climbing. I later took it to a different mechanic. Once the motor was opened up, we found: All fuel injectors were still factory — none had been replaced All but one spark plug were burnt out The lifters were completely bad and needed replacing So the work I paid for was never done, and the real problems were ignored. Sharing this so anyone thinking about going there knows what they may be walking into. Be careful and always get a second opinion before spending your money.
