They did an amazing job with the hail repair to my Tahoe. It was a huge job and it looks perfect! The whole team was always very responsive and very happy to help with any questions or requests I had. I would recommend Carstar Vivid to anyone and everyone!

I want to start by saying the actual work done on my car is perfect. You would never know anything happened to it at all. The paint and bodywork are top notch. But even more than that, and the reason I will always recommend them to any and everyone any time I can is how phenomenal the staff and customer service is. Everyone at Vivid was truly amazing from start to finish. Without hesitation the entire staff were always courteous, kind, and went out of their way over and over again. It really was beyond customer service. They showed me grace, generosity, compassion, treated me with dignity, and acted in ways that only genuinely good human beings would, receiving no incentive or benefit outside of their own morals and values. I am blessed to have met each one of Vivid's team, and I can never thank or repay them enough for helping me. I appreciate you all so, so much.

In May of this year, a tree fell on top of my vehicle during one of the worst storms we have had. My car was pretty dented up all on the passenger’s side along with tons of scratches from the tree branches. I couldn’t have found a better body shop to work with to repair the damages. The kind people at VIVID Auto Body Shop made this process a breeze for me. What I thought was going to be a major headache, turned out to be such a smooth and stress free process. My car looks even better now than the first day that I purchased it! Ron is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and I will send anyone his way that needs any repairs/body work on their vehicle. Kailey was very kind and provided me with text updates twice a week on the status of my car. Cody in the office was also very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there! The communication was amazing every step of the way! I give this place, the people, and the work they did on my car a 15 out of 10!

What a great experience!! From the moment I walked in the door I was a victim of GREAT customer service which is not a common thing nowadays in the mechanic world. Right away I felt very comfortable with the way the greeted me as I walked in the door and how they walked me through our vehicle issues. You see, I have been taking my vehicles to the same mechanic for 15+ years and I never imagined there could be something better out there; boy was I wrong. We had an issue with my wife's van A/C and we were told by others thay we would have to put in thousands of $$ to repair it but these guys were able to find the issue and repair it effeciently. They didn't made me feel like they were taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. INTEGRITY would be the best word I have to describe them. The issue was explained to me, the repair was addressed efficiently and the charge was very fair. THE CHERRY ON TOP WAS HOW CLEAN THEY LEDT OUR VAN AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I have found my new mechanic for the foreseeable future.

Brought my car in to get repaired after a collision. The staff was very friendly and made everything easy. Great communication throughout the entire process. Other body shops wouldn't touch my car due to it having aftermarket parts that were damaged in the accident, but Vivid had no problem taking care of it. They where able to completely return my car to pre-accident condition. Thank you to Bren and the rest of the staff for taking care of me.
