⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There aren’t many people left like Bill at B&N Automotive. A few years ago, Bill came to my home, picked up my wheelchair van because of my disability, fixed it right the first time, charged me fairly, and treated me with respect. Years later, every repair he made is still holding up exactly like it should. That alone says a lot. Recently, after another shop put me through one of the worst automotive experiences I’ve ever had, Bill stepped in again. He inspected the work, found serious issues, tracked down warranty coverage on parts for me, and helped save me money that he could have easily charged me for himself. He even contacted the other shop directly and called out what was wrong. What impressed me most wasn’t just his knowledge. It was his character. Bill was genuinely offended by what happened because, in his words, shops that do business that way give honest shops a bad reputation. You could tell he took it personally because he actually cares about the profession and the people he serves. In a world where it feels like everyone is trying to maximize a bill, Bill is the guy trying to solve the problem. He doesn’t spend his time marketing himself or bragging about his work. He’s humble, straightforward, and focused on helping people. But those of us who know him know exactly what kind of man he is. My entire family trusts him. Every vehicle we own and every vehicle we will own in the future will go to Bill and B&N Automotive. That’s not because of one repair. That’s because of years of honesty, integrity, and proven work. Bill didn’t just fix my van. He restored a little bit of my faith in people. If you’re looking for someone who will tell you the truth, do quality work, stand behind it, and treat you like family, stop looking. You’ve found him. Thank you, Bill. My experience at B&N Auto Shop was an absolute lifesaver. I brought my two-year-old car in to the dealership I bought it from for what I thought was a routine maintenance and alignment fix, but it turned out to be anything but routine with the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me for damages, vehicle alignment, and a whole load of other items when I came in for my free vehicle maintenance. B&N provided a second opinion for me when I faced these issues and were able to, not only inform me that the dealership’s quotes for the alleged damages were severely overpriced, but also determine that the dealership lied about all of the damages in the first place. What would have been $6,000 in fake repairs for damage that doesn't exist at the dealership became $50 of diagnosis at B&N. Words can’t describe the service they provided to me, in evaluating the quotes from the dealership, in educating me on the prices, and in accurately diagnosing my car when I was being taken advantage of by the dealership. Thank you. The world needs more honest, professional, kind companies like B&N.

As always Bill and staff have ‘done me right’.. They always know the best, most cost effective way to do repairs. They installed a ‘brake kit’ for 1/2 the price everyone else wanted to do the ‘whole job’ piece by piece. Always done in a timely manner, everything’s right when I get it back and at a fair and honest price.! Thanks Bill and Joe..!
