Every time they disappoint. My wife and I ordered tires online and set up an appointment. We were notified that the tires arrived and when we showed up for the appointment one of the tires we paid for was sold to another customer. Another time we were told that since there were things in the trunk (freezer bags and reusable shopping bags) that they could not lift the panel in the trunk to find the lug key. This resulted in us waiting for over an hour. This time we came in for a tire rotation and I am still waiting it has been a hour and I was told that they just started on it and it would be another 45 minutes. We setup an appointment but apparently those are meaningless here. If you can at all avoid it, don't get service done here. There is never anything offered to make up for their horrible service and they always have a new excuse. The person that is supposed to man the counter is hardly there. If I ran the place I would start firing people. I feel the bigger a company gets the less they care about their customers. Walmart and Sam's used to have incredible service however that seems to be a thing of the past.

This guy William is telling me that they're all booked up on a Sunday at 3pm. One car in a bay, no one else. This is what they do best .. Nothing! They make excuses in why they can't do any work. This is not the first time they've done this to me or others. Less than acceptable!

View on GoogleBought my last set of tires at Sam’s partly because of the free flat repair. You don’t plan flats and when I take it in to get it fixed I’m told they probably can’t get to it today. They aren’t even willing to squeeze it in between the people getting new tires. We see know working the tire center besides the one guy at the register that can’t help because I can leave my car for three hours and they may or may not be able to get to it. Won’t buy my next set here.
View on GoogleIt's ok. You can't beat the prices but honestly I can no longer go to this place. It is always so unreliable it takes way to long but the worst thing is that I went here 2 times in a row because my tire pressure light was on I probably wasted 4 hours waiting and they told me nothing was wrong. I went to discount tire and in 15 minutes they had removed the nail that Sam's club missed twice and they patched it for free. I don't care if I have to pay $100 extra every time I'd rather take my business elsewhere because I have a baby and I just don't feel safe driving her around with these guys working on my car.
