View on GoogleI had an incredible experience with Runway Auto Body Shop. I brought in two of my cars, and Nicholas went above and beyond. I called other shops and the customer service wasn’t even close to how Nicholas treated me. After he answered the phone I didn’t even bother to call anyone else. Every single detail was perfect, he even did extra work that I didn’t ask for that both my cars needed, at no additional charge! He saved me a huge headache by helping me avoid using my insurance, keeping the costs down. And to top it off, he braved a rainstorm to pick up my cars from my work and drop them off at my house. I can’t recommend him and Runway Auto Body enough truly outstanding service! Will never go anywhere else again. Ohhh and he detailed both my cars. I don’t just let anyone touch my cars.
