I ran over a curb and my car stopped running. I had it towed to the Stonebridge location in McKinney after speaking with Alex. He was very kind and had a quote for me very quickly. Unfortunately there was a lot more damage than I had anticipated. I was in McKinney for a visit from Tennessee alone. I rented a Penske truck and trailer to pull the car home. When I arrived at the shop with the truck and trailer Alex approached me and realized I was alone. He immediately offered to help me get the car on the trailer along with Hayden and Cooper. They were amazing and kind as well. Alex parked the giant truck for me in the right spot and even gave me tips on how to drive and reverse the truck as I had never driven one before and was nervous. These gentlemen were so unbelievably incredibly kind I don’t even have the words to express my appreciation. They deserve all the stars in the sky for their service. I have severe social anxiety and felt so bad and stressed about having strangers have to help me, but all 3 of them were so nice about it and put me at ease. Each one was so kind and told me it was no problem, and were smiling the whole time even making jokes about how they push cars everyday. They even told me they would call to check on me to make sure I made it home ok and actually followed through. I am so grateful. I fully recommend this shop. Thank you so much Alex, Hayden, and Cooper. Y’all definitely saved me in that moment. I am so appreciative.

TLDR: Alex and his team are a great example of great customer service meets skills. I took my Range Rover sports in for an air to coil suspension conversion—and they came through big time! Take it from someone who nitpicks - these guys will take care of you and your car. When other places I had called gave me quotes but seemed unsure and unreliable to me, this shop took my car in, matched the quote I got from the other shop and had my car ready the next business day. Keep in mind that this review is being done weeks after the repair. Believe me when I say they did a fantastic job. My situation was unique and Alex went above and beyond to get me closer to what I wanted even after the suspension conversion was done. If you are familiar or done one of these, you would know that this is a job that needs to be done carefully, especially since the front struts are long and need to be compressed and angled properly at installation. They got it all right! You can see the clearance from the photos just as the manufacturer advertised. Several shops do not get this right. This shop takes great pride in their work. They enjoy what they do and they love challenges. I had a chance to speak to some other techs and I can tell you that they carry the same energy as Alex.

The owner Alex is absolutely amazing! Also his team is so fast! I got worked done on my car and it was done the same day! He is very personable, understanding, and not just a business trying to take all your money! I will def be back here only for my car troubles.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop absolutely deserves one. I’ve been here multiple times while dealing with my rental, so I’ve gotten pretty familiar with the team and every experience has been solid. This last visit really stood out though. I was having ongoing issues with my AC/heat. It was honestly frustrating, especially being on the road so much. Alex took the time to actually listen, check everything thoroughly, and figure out what was going on instead of brushing it off or making it complicated. Turns out it was something simple, but what really mattered was how he handled it. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road comfortably. That kind of service is rare. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and actually values the people he helps, not just the job itself. As long as I’m in Texas, this is 100% the shop I’m coming back to for anything car-related. If you want honest, reliable service from people who actually care, this is the place. The best experience I have ever had dealing with anything related to a car. The owner, Alex was honest and direct. He saved me money on services that weren’t needed and made sure that every thing that was being done was fully explained. I definitely recommend this location.
