My wife and I recently brought our card here for oil changes and I couldn't be happier with the service....the work was completed professionally...efficiently and at a fair price. A special thanks to John...who took care of my vehicles....He was knowledgeable...courteous and had an excellent attitude throughout the entire process....He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being performed.... Amazing!! My daughter’s car was low on oil so we drove to McKinney Oil X Change. They were closed, but instead of turning us away, they added a quart and a half of oil and also filled her window washing fluid! And they didn’t even charge her! Amazing customer service. Definitely will be returning!

Been coming here for years, apparently under new management. Improperly installed oil filter caused the filter to blow out and leak all the oil out of a 2024 Tundra so the vehicle itself was definitely not the problem.. Had to have the vehicle towed to a real shop where they pointed out that the filter had been improperly installed and caused the leak. As expected this place will take no responsibility. I really didn’t think that they would but given that I’ve been coming here for over a decade, you would think they might make it right. My advice is go to a real shop or a dealership to get your oil changes done. They’d rather have a fight over $250 that they should be covering, when they’re lucky that I caught the leak and the motor wasn’t damaged because they’d be going to court for much more had my engine been destroyed. *As you can see below they also think they can predict mechanical failure on an improperly installed part. They put my sticker at 10,000 miles saying Royal Purple oil is rated for 10k intervals. So as you see they are not only dishonest, but still refusing accountability.* If they can predict mechanical failure then they need to talk with engineers who still are unable to predict mechanical failure as it’s an unpredictable variable. Fact is, they installed the filter wrong and the cold weather exposed the improper installation.
