I left my vehicle at this shop for about a year for repairs. When I went to pick it up, I found that it had been damaged on the passenger side, which was not the case when I originally left it.
When I brought this to their attention, the owner refused to take responsibility and would not provide any explanation of what happened. On top of that, they were very rude and unprofessional during the conversation.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I trusted them with my vehicle, and they failed to take care of it or treat me with respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Believe every word from the poor reviews. I almost feel badly for Mike, because I think it's time to retire. He is clearly projecting his current/previous experiences with mental health in his family on others.
He called me schizophrenic to my face and suggested that "medication can help a lot", since he has seen it personally both with his current employees and within his own family at home. He called me this because I was upset that he held my car for 3 weeks for an A/C repair that he failed at every turn to update me on. I had to call him myself, each and every time, to get some kind of update. Finally, when I called the third time to get a substantive update, I got one of his mechanics, who hung up on me when I requested Mike and he wasn't around. I said "When will he be back?", the mechanic responded "Your guess is as good as mine!". No. No it isn't.
Ultimately, Mike doesn't understand basic customer service, which stunned me since the man is 74 years old and has been in business longer than I've been alive. When I asked him how old he was (over the phone) to say he should know better, he took that as a threat and called the police on me. He didn't make me aware of this until I came to pickup the car. I was STUNNED! I couldn't believe he would react so harshly to such a simple question. The man is on a hair trigger. If you have expectations of his engagement or his timely responses, you will be let down. You will then be gaslit to believe YOU are the one responding inappropriately, and then will be FORCED to pay cash (despite accepting cards). I'm telling you, I have never been so taken aback, so angered, and frankly, so incredulous with an interaction with a business owner in my life.
It's taken me three weeks to think of how to write this review in a way that seems civil, because after my interactions with Mike, I wanted to write worse. There are so many mechanics in the metroplex. I beg of you, please find another one. Take your care ANYWHERE else but here. You can tell from the moment you pull up that something is amiss. There are cars EVERYWHERE, completely surrounding the shop with nowhere to park. The office and the shop are a total mess. Stuff everywhere, probably been there since the 70's. There isn't a computer in sight, so everything will be scribbled down on paper invoices, stuffed in an overcrowded drawer, amongst the trash and shop towels. Lastly, I have never been told by anyone, (friends, family, coworkers) in 37 years that I needed mental help. But somehow, in just 30 mins of interactions, Doctor/Mechanic Mike was convinced I had schizophrenia and that he was somehow a danger when I asked how old he was.
Time to play Semisonic's "Closing Time" and spend some time with the grandkids, Mike.
View on GoogleHad my check engine light on 2016 Encore, I was quoted from Buick they it would be at least $500 and they have to keep it at least 3 days. I was referred here, they said can I leave it overnight and called me at noon the next day $300 with inspection. Very honest and did exactly what was needed.
