After my husband encouraged me to get a second opinion from the dealership recommendations, I sought the opinion of Legendary Automotive. I needed extensive maintenance on my 2016 Honda Pilot in an attempt to get the anticipated 250k mile lifespan. These repairs required upwards of 30 hours labor. Shane was exceptionally professional, communicative, and helpful. There were some unexpected delays due to having to wait on parts to be delivered. Shane provided routine updates on the process and answered all of my questions with patience and simple explanations. In addition, they were able to place me in a rent car to alleviate disruption to the daily schedule and pressure to rush through the job. They beat the quoted price from the dealership also. I trust the expertise of Legendary Automotive and will be back for any future needs.

He was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept his word by updating me exactly when he said he would. My car was repaired perfectly, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I've been trusting Legendary with my 2018 Challenger R/T Scat Pack for years. From oil changes and maintenance, brake replacement, rear differential service, to just weird noises that I hear, they've done it all. They don't push extra services on you and are very honest with their findings. They leave the decisions up to you. It's very easy to book an appointment online- which I highly recommend because they're busy. And for good reason. They take great care of my baby. Thank you Legendary crew!!

I am initially received a Legendary Automotive flyer in the mail. I was very impressed with the quality of the advertising, but more importantly it made me feel that they were trustworthy and honest. On my first visit I met Tyler and we immediately connected. Tyler made me feel confident that their work ethics are both honest and straightforward and their pricing is super competitive and in most cases lower than a lot of the other shops. I also like that regardless of what you take your car in for, Legendary provides a complete list of issues that could be of an immediate concern, or it could be something that you need to keep an eye on to repair later. Either way, there’s never a high pressure sales pitch to get you to spend money that you don’t need to. Legendary Automotive is now my choice for my car care. I highly recommend Legendary Automotive.

I should have posted this review months ago. I took my vehicle to Legendary to get an estimate for a blower problem. They quoted me a price over $2000 and offered me a payment plan. I wanted to get a second opinion. When I picked up my vehicle, 2 actuators that had been replaced the previous week were hanging. I asked them why and they told me whoever had replaced them did a bad job. That was not true. The Legendary mechanic had removed them during the estimate and did not replace them. I took the vehicle for a second opinion, and was quoted a third of the price Legendary quoted. The repair needed was completed, and the actual repair was completely different than what Legendary had quoted. The second place even found a radiator leak Legendary insisted my vehicle did not have. I advise everyone, especially older women, to get a second opinion with expensive repairs. **Response to Legendary** I absolutely stand by what I said. The actuators were not put back. The first statement I made was that it had been months and I should have reviewed at the time. The repair work done by the 2nd shop I took my vehicle to completely fixed the problem. The vehicle would not have been fixed with the repairs quoted by your mechanic, because they were not diagnosing the real problem. We could go back and forth here. I was not happy with the diagnostics of your shop. You are not happy that I am a disgruntled customer publicly voicing my dissatisfaction. My main desire with this review is to caution others to get a second opinion for expensive repairs. I wish you well.
