I came in for an oil change and to have air put in my tires. As soon as I left, my front passenger tire started slowly deflating. I called the store and spoke with the manager Anthony who insisted I must have “run over” something on the way home. The tire literally began losing air as I was driving away from the shop, and were the rest of my tires and it was closer to get home than turn around once I noticed. When I called to complain, he refused to take any responsibility and would not offer any help at all. Poor customer service and very unprofessional response.

Great Group Of Guys, Very Informative and Friendly. We just moved to town and was referred to Kwik Kar for inspections on our car, Matthew was very helpful and explained the the tint rule here in Texas and was also able to refer us to someone that can help with tint in order to pass inspection. Will definitely be using this location again.
