I was able to bring in my F150 for 4 new tires on a Saturday afternoon and get it back the same day. Payton communicated upfront that it would take some time, and they graciously drove me home and back since I'm in the area. I'm not sure they can do this for everyone but it was greatly appreciated!! I ended up paying around 200 dollars less than what was quoted at another place, since Just Tires gave me options and I know I'm not going off-roading any time soon if i can help it.

2 hour 10 minute wait with appointment! My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. After about an hour into my appointment I heard the cashier tell a customer they only had one tech on staff. I would have appreciated the heads up when I got there and I would have come another time. The best part was the $154 bill for the oil change. I have never paid anything close to that on prior visits, or anywhere else. I checked prices around town after, they’re the most expensive in town by far.

Had a 9am appt scheduled for an oil change/tire rotation/and brake pad check through an online special i had from Goodyear(prepaid online). Service manager told me he couldnt do it because he couldnt turn it into a service ticket. They also only had 1 tech working. Now I need to call corporate next week to get a refund for the $85 I paid online. Quite the hot mess.. this service manager was from another store as well but tbh it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He didnt even know what/how to get the number for goodyear corporate..
