I’ve gone to Family AutoCare multiple times because I know they are going to take care of my car and me! I live in Dallas by myself away from family and it is comforting for myself and for my family to know that if anything comes up with my car I can come here and they will take care of it! They have provided consistent great service on my car and are always the sweetest people, even providing rides home or to work if needed. Amazing place! Fair prices and have never tried to sell me something I don’t need. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had such a great experience here! I originally came in because I was told my Jeep’s suspension might be off, and I also planned to get an oil change while I was there. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. They took the time to look everything over and were completely honest with me, letting me know I didn’t actually need the work I thought I did. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. They were professional, reasonable, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated that they weren’t trying to upsell me or charge me for something unnecessary. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy car shop!

It started off good, I spoke with Rubin. I told him what my car was doing and he said I can bring it to them. He said it would be $100 to diagnose my problem. It was the battery to start with. They wanted to charge me almost $400 battery and installation. I knew then to take my car back. Even though there was several other issues I wanted to get fixed. But realized quickly this place I can't trust. $100 to install a car battery. I towed my car home and installed my own battery. Total cost $215!!! They charged$100 to diagnose a batter and I found a battery for $115.

Going between 4 different auto shops for needed repairs, I received different diagnoses from ALL of them. Gladly, I didn't proceed with moving forward on anything until coming here. Ray ensured that he and his team thoroughly diagnosed my vehicle issues and provided definite answers along with proper solutions. Including, walking through the misdiagnosed estimates I was advised of by others. They took care of it all. No guessing games.
