The staff members are highly professional and maintain a positive attitude towards their customers. I have not observed any issues with the establishment or its employees. I had a conversation with Mourad regarding my tires, and he provided a reasonable price for a high-quality set. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I had a great experience here. They got me in and out. They shared concerns and were very respectful about me being on a budget. Chris is hilarious. Mo was sincere. Both were extremely good looking. Ladies if you need a silver fox sighting, come here and you’ll leave with a smile. I will be back for more services for sure!!

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. Before the service even began, the employee, Chris, who approached me outside immediately took a condescending tone with me. Firstly, he chose to walk out to me while cars were passing by, and then told me to repeat myself while saying “I can’t hear you we’re literally right by the freeway.” Which is why I was heading toward the door to go inside where we could speak, so I repeated myself and shared the Groupon. He insisted I review the fine print, which I had shared that I had already read, and seemed more focused on lecturing me than actually providing the service. I made it clear I was there for an oil change, and I was open to any additional charges if needed. Instead of explaining things respectfully or inviting me inside to discuss options, he spoke to me in a way that felt belittling and dismissive. No matter what I shared, he made looks at me like I was not making sense, the interaction only became more uncomfortable. I ultimately decided to leave. I expressed to him that I don’t like the way that he is speaking to me and that I will take my business elsewhere. As I walked to my car, he followed me and continued defending his behavior, despite me asking for space. At one point, he stood by my window and said, “You can just pull out with me standing here,” which felt unnecessarily intimidating. This was not a normal or professional interaction. I had a witness present and feel confident in what I experienced. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic respect. This is not acceptable customer service. It is unprofessional, disrespectful, and crossed a boundary. No customer, man or woman, should be followed to their car or made to feel uncomfortable for choosing not to proceed with a service. For contrast, I went right up the street to Sun Auto Service and was treated with kindness and professionalism immediately. Carlos there took care of me without any issue, and was extremely informative and kind about my options with the Groupon I had purchased! If you’re a woman or using a Groupon, I would personally recommend going elsewhere, like Sun Auto on Virginia Parkway!

My husband and I were away from home at an appointment when our truck suddenly overheated, leaving us essentially stranded and unsure what to do next. By sincere luck and geography, we ended up at Express Lube & Complete Auto Repair in McKinney, and we had the great fortune of meeting Chris. Chris was phenomenal from the very beginning. He was honest, fair, customer-focused, and truly listened to what was going on. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, explained things clearly, and handled everything with a level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. When you are stuck away from home with a vehicle problem, choosing a repair shop can feel a little like playing roulette. Thankfully, the cards were completely in our favor this time. I honestly cannot imagine what would have happened if we had taken our truck somewhere else. Thanks to Chris, we had our truck back within 24 hours, running beautifully and purring like a kitten. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned into the very best experience we could have hoped for. Not all repair shops are created equal, and Express Lube & Complete Auto Repair truly stands out. Chris deserves every bit of recognition for his honesty, skill, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend this shop without hesitation.
