I got these people because they are affiliates all my extended warranty they made me leave the car for 1 week to make a diagnosis that I already knew! They called the insurance a week later for some sensors that I already knew they needed. I went for a transmission check and ended up a week later with the damaged alternator I just left the workshop and my car was in perfect condition apart from the transmission failure now I'm stranded on the road waiting for roadside assistance to come

Took my vehicle there, it was rattling on reverse . After 5 hours they called me for diagnosis and quote..ngl it was fast. the diagnosis was bad engine mounts which it turned out to be wrong . And the quote was 1300 and some change for replacement of 3 engine mounts ..so I thought it was overpriced service. I decided to Take the car and paid 95 for the diagnostic service. Since I already had the mounts home I did the replacement myself, it took me around 90 minutes with poor tools . But the issue still there . So I paid for wrong diagnostic service . I don't feel good when the mechanic 1st question is about check engine lights or warning messages on the dashboard . Some issues needs the expert's experience to isolate the issue not an obd computer set up . Eventually my vehicle is still not fixed.
