A very honest shop that provides excellent service. From the customer service to the pricing and repair. I spoke to manager David and he was able to help me service the transmission on my bmw at a very reasonable price when other shops asked for ridiculous amounts of money. I am grateful to find honest mechanics.

My service advisor, George, was excellent, demonstrating great knowledge and professionalism, and at a good reasonable price, you get what you pay for and I definitely got a good deal. I have previously experienced trust issues due to negative encounters at various other shops. However, I would have no hesitation in returning to this location. The service felt very honest and friendly, and the work was completed to a highly satisfactory standard. I would also like to express my appreciation for service advisor David, who was very helpful and professional. I also had the opportunity to meet some of the mechanic staff, and they were equally impressive. I would like to commend them for the excellent work performed on my 2008 Toyota Tundra. My repair was completed to my utmost satisfaction .
View on GoogleLove this place. I have taken 2 vehicles there and had a great experience both times. I took my F250 there awhile back and thought it needed a new transmission due to it slipping. I even said that to the guys there and they told me they’d do it but asked that they could look at it first…they serviced the transmission and that truck ran for another 125K without an issue. I just took a vehicle in for a transfer case replacement, quoted at $8200 by another shop, and Eagle did it for $5400. I worked with Dave and he’s awesome. Great communication, friendly service, and excellent work. It’s the only transmission shop I’ll use!

He was extremely responsive and answered my call every single time. I will never go to a different shop moving forward. I Highly Highly recommend this shop.

I spoke with David of eagle transmission and we connected instantly he has a nice Demeanor to him which is great for Business .. He tried to save me money, but I know the transmission was too far gone. He gave me a due date and he had it done on that exact date. I am very pleased and if I ever need work again, I will go see David at the front desk. And here get you all situated two thumbs up for me thanks eagle transmission, McKinney Texas
