There was so professional with helping me and getting a tire when no one else had the tire and they gave me alignment and explain everything to me. I was very pleased. Troy was my technician and he helped and explained everything to me I have two more BMWs that I’m gonna take to them.

It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the service and the customer’s peace of mind. View on GoogleThis time was just a nail in my tire which had to be replaced due to location of the nail. They didn’t have it in stock, but found it close by immediately. This was a very slow leak, so they were able to air it up and I went to work while waiting for the tire delivery. By end of day, my tire was replaced and I was good to go. Everyone at the Eldorado/Alma store is friendly and helpful and they’re willing to explain reasons for their recommendations. AJ is great. So is the young man who works the front with him and I spoke with the tech taking care of my tire. We’ve been going there since they opened and have no plans to change.
