This has been the worst automotive service experience I’ve ever had, and I feel completely misled. I was charged $1,500 for four tires, which I accepted because my vehicle needed them. I even opened a credit line with the shop so I could return for future repairs. When I brought my vehicle back for a tune‑up, I was charged $1,700, yet the car drove exactly the same as before — same misfires, same issues. Nothing improved. I spoke with the manager and explained that the vehicle might need a new transmission, and I specifically asked whether I should purchase a transmission or if repairs could be made. Instead of giving me a clear answer, the shop charged me another $1,700 in repairs, and the problem still wasn’t fixed. When I brought the vehicle back again, I was told I needed to pay even more money, after already spending thousands with no results. At this point, I’ve paid this shop over $3,000 and my vehicle still has the same issues it had on day one. The lack of transparency, the constant up‑charges, and the failure to actually fix the problem are unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

We were in McKinney for an important Dr visit for my daughter when we found ourselves with a flat tire. With a 3 hour drive home ahead, we made it to Driver's Edge and they got us fixed up quickly and on the road. Very thankful for them and they were so nice as well! Definitely recommended.

This drivers edge is so unethical. sunny the guy who helped us out seemed very nice at first told us tires would only cost us 57$ a tire and it’s buy 2 get 2 free. I also said I would do a break flush and power steering fluid flush. Buy one get one half off at 150 each I approved that because he stated that’s all it would cost. When I got there to pick it up he tried to charge me 650$. I ended up paying 550 still more than the original verbal estimate he gave me. I feel cheated and swindled still. Please know before going there to get a paper estimate not a verbal or you will end up getting screwed over like I did. I will be calling corporate to try and figure this out.
