I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions! Patty and Keith were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free. My car was repaired much faster than I expected, and the communication along the way was outstanding. I especially appreciated how easy the online check-in process was, and dropping off my vehicle was completely seamless. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was clean, ready to go, and looked amazing. I also realize the day after picking up my car that I have left my garage door opener in the rental and they held onto it for me so I can pick it up. Highly recommend Crash Champions for their professionalism, efficiency, and top-notch customer service!

They went above and beyond (driving to pick up an unexpected needed part) to make sure my vehicle was completed same day. The work done is perfect with a lifetime warranty on repair. They even cleaned/detailed my car before I arrived to pick up. Love them and will use them every time.

They have a program with enterprise so I was able to leave my rental car there once my car was ready. They even washed and vacuumed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. They went above and beyond my expectations!
