I had an intensely bad experience at a different Subaru dealership a few years ago, and I swore I would never go back. So when I had a problem with the seal on my sunroof last year, I decided to use this dealership instead, even though it was a long drive from The Woodlands. There is absolutely no comparison! I've taken my car here a few times now, and they are always awesome. Their communication is clear and reliable. They do not try not upsell on things. They work quickly, and they're very good about loaner cars. Even when they didn't have one initially this visit, they put me first on the list and got me in a loaner the next morning. They have fixed my wonky sunroof twice (manufacturing issue), the second time at no charge, as well as installing a tow package and changing the brakes, and they charged very fair prices. As a woman, I appreciate that no one ever speaks down to me or suggests they should speak to my spouse instead (a huge problem at the other dealership). Do not waste your time with another Subaru dealership's service departments, just come here. It's worth the drive.

Service Advisor Brian did an excellent time to provide my visit there with great care. No unnecessary UPSELLING was done, all honest and on point recommendations. Mechanic took time to repair what is needed and no over pricing. I like visiting SUPERIOR Subaru waiting is topnotch, rest room are clean and the crew are excellent. And the coffee is great. Definitely my next car will be bought in this place.
