From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and when I arrived, Rogelio was ready to assist immediately. He quickly checked in my vehicle, explained the process, and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The dealership itself was clean, yes even the restrooms, comfortable, and welcoming. The waiting area offered comfortable seating, private workspaces with charging stations, clean restrooms, complimentary water, coffee, cappuccino, and a variety of quality snacks. It made the wait pleasant and productive. What truly stood out was Rogelio’s commitment to customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle received the attention it needed while also looking out for my wallet. He took the time to discuss my tire options, searched for discounts, and worked to find the best value available. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely advocates for the customer the way he did. Rogelio was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and easy to talk with. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and treated me like a valued customer rather than just another appointment on the schedule. The level of service I received is exactly what every dealership should strive for. Keith worked me in when I was short on time and my car was demanding service now! He is a really nice advisor to work with and even greeted me by name when i drove in. Service was quick and the text updates make it all easy without pressure. Really appreciate these guys, they work hard to make things right, I recommend the service!

In order to get into a rental, I had to fill out a link on my phone, even though she was very busy. She was able to help me fill out the form and took time out of her day to help me. she was very kind and patient and very respectful.
