Ultimate Car Care

Went to see them today about reprogramming my Dodge Hornet. They were so nice. They were unable to help me due to advanced electrical system issue and suggested I take it to dealer. I appreciate the transparency and not trying to just make a sale. They also warned me not to take it to another mechanic because they also wouldn’t be able to reprogram it due to my car being newer model. Thank you to both mechanics.

OMG OMG OMG I call for a question, he says “what kind of car is it?” I say “a Chevy hatchback” he says “what’s that? I never heard of that”………. Uhmmmmmmmm I get it maybe a regular person doesn’t know what a hatchback is MAYBE, but a mechanic not knowing is completely mind blowing. For those that don’t know, a hatchback is a genre of cars, like a sedan, truck, suv, motorcycle, car, 18 wheeler, box truck, flatbed truck, but a hatchback is a consumer grade vehicle. It’s basically a car where the trunk opens up towards the sky like a wall. It’s extremely extremely common on the streets. So after I repeated my self “a hatchback?” He got upset, raised his tone “aye man go call someone else” and hangs up on me. Dude must’ve thought I was talking gibberish. Out of all the businesses I came in contact with across all industries through out my life, I have never came across a more unqualified person than the mechanic who picked up the phone. The ratio of unqualification and intensity of the profession is through the roof. Imagine talking to the chef at their restaurant and asking “hey do you have spoon?” And him going “what’s that?!” Dude completely exposed the entire shop in few words. Honestly is comedic. From the look of all the bad reviews, this might have been the owner. Dude needs to quite immediately. Also the fake reviews are so obvious lol

One of the greatest and most HONEST mechanics ever! I told him my situation and before I brought the car in he asked me to test some stuff on the car and we diagnosed the issue was the battery and I could get a new one anywhere… it’s not your alternator bro! And he was right! I couldn’t afford the alternator to begin with and he literally just helped me find out the real issue before taking my money!!! I’d give him 20 stars if I could!

The two stars is for the nice employee that helped me with a quote for my car compressor kit. The owner gets zero stars for his negative judgmental attitude. He walked in, and quickly interrupted, and made a bad impression by making assumptions that I was unable to pay by insisting that I put half down, although I was leaving my car which is worth so much more. If the customer service was good, I would have no problem complying. I still surmise that the business is only successful because of the nice and down to earth employees, who could probably do much better on their own. The owner actually ruined the done deal by intervening with the transaction and telling me verbatim “You can take your car somewhere else!” simply because I told him in so many words, that his vibe was very toxic. Well, I took his advice, and called my local licensed mechanic “Joe the Mechanic” in Splendora who comes to me, does the work at my home, and will get the work done in 3 hours vs having to leave my car on that lot for an entire day. I never have to leave my home. Also, I will be getting my car repaired for half of the quoted amount from this place. That goes to show, everything happens for reason. I’m so happy!

Very reasonable prices and good work plus it’s close to my home so that makes it convenient for me
