Poor communication, poor service, would not use again I'm a disabled Vet and call for service, sent someone out that couldn't communicate well, Call and tried to get someone to come back out they want to charge another service fee and I ask for a Manager he said a Manager would call me back which they never did. THEY hung the phone up in my face, and block my number. So before you use this company please make sure you communicate with them first, because they are horrible company, with no good customers service, is very poor. I wrote this for my disabled husband and I wish I was at home at the time of service, because they are so wrong for treating a disabled person that way. 🤔

Nice people. Really like Joaquin. Service was on-time and relatively fast. Unfortunately, my ultimate experience was quite troublesome, though. We hit a bad nail in League City, and it was late in the evening. No one else seemed to be available, but Joaquin answered almost immediately. He could have a guy out in an hour to an hour and a half. Not bad! And he did - very close to the projected time. I had driven a mile or two on the flat tire, and so - as the technician advised - I probably destroyed it. He did not want to patch it. I understand. He called dispatch. First a man came on the line, and then a woman. They explained a workable solution - a used tire at a storage not far from my location. The technician did not want to patch the tire, and - at this point in the evening - I didn’t have many options. The tire was going to be smaller, a 235 instead of a 255 - just a little narrower, supposedly. Maybe I missed something, but it turned out this was not the only difference. The technician returned with the tire, quickly installed, and I started to leave the parking lot. The transmission on my Dual Motor Tesla started groaning. I quickly slowed down, but the noise did not stop. I got out, checked the tires, and realized the issue. Not only was the tire a bit narrower, but it was a 45 instead of a 55 - it was smaller! Hopefully the transmission is not shot. I had to bail on the vehicle and take an Uber to the airport to make my morning appointment back home. I called the next morning, explaining my concerns. The woman at dispatch explained that she had already advised me on these issues last night. Maybe so - I must have missed the comments about the smaller tire. I’m a little shocked this was even offered as an option. It is NOT an option. Driving for minutes with such differently sized tires in a Dual Motor Tesla could easily cost $10,000 to $20,000 for the new transmission! I was simply curious if they could help out, find a correct tire and install. Unfortunately, it would be completely at my cost. I did not want to bother further, so I left it. I’ll have to fly back down and figure out another option. Ultimately, they’re seemingly nice people, but they provided a product and service that would have (but hopefully didn’t - I’ll know soon) destroyed my vehicle. They’re probably great for most services and most vehicles. So I don’t want to steer you wrong. But be very careful with the details. They have good equipment, great payment systems, and nice enough service. I had really been looking forward to giving a 5-star rating…
