Amazing customer service. Got my tire repaired at no charge, even though I didn’t bought the tires here. Austin was great the minute I pulled up to the parking lot he came out to greet me and welcomed me to the shop. In and out with minimal waiting time. The waiting area is clean and they offered complementary water and coffee. Definitely coming back for all my rims and tires needs.

Ordered tires on-line using their website. Prices were better too. Email confirmation with selected appointment time. Evening before the appointment Manager Austin contacted me confirming the appointment. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment time greeted by Austin and Salesman Kevin. Told them what I wanted and entered the store. Store is very clean, organized and nice. Restrooms are also very clean. Got all the things taken care of and they brought the vehicle in. Austin and Kevin along with other duties were also helping out. Work was completed in 45 minutes and I was out the door. This company is family owned and thats the way they make you feel. I'll never go back to the "Red Store" ever. It's worth the drive to become a life long customer.
