Honestly the best car repair shop in the area. From the beautiful setting of the shop to the employees/mechanics and the good car work that gets done. I needed an oil change and had a check engine light on they took care of both within an hour. The waiting area is set up quite luxuriously with a tv a children’s playground food and drinks like coffee tea etc. Super accommodating! The guys at the front desk let me know what my next upcoming needs were without making me feel pressured to get them done and paid for today. Honestly I’ve tried many car shops in the humble area and have been highly disappointed by treatment and pricing on things I didn’t actually need. Many repair shops feel shady and scammy. THIS sun auto location, not at all. I can vouch these guys are honest and take care of you

Great people Great service Great prices.....i have 2 Porsche and 1 Mercedes along with a 2021 Silverado. They service them all with professionalism and knowledge. Prices compared to dealership is not even a conversation topic. I'm a real person....not AI or the company. Thanks

Sun Auto repaired my vehicle in a timely matter. They were very courteous and listen to all of my concerns. They replaced my water pump and fixed my door that would not open with the key fob.

RUDE. Dude was super nice at first until I asked about the pricing on parts. He said he can’t tell me over the phone, I ask why? And he says “I have to call the stores to get the pricing”. I’m like “okay I can wait, or can you call me back for that?” And he said “no”…. Sooo this guy is too lazy to do his job? As a paying customer looking to figure out the pricing on replacement parts, and me having the replacement part names written down, he was too lazy. He told me to call the dealership myself to figure out the pricing. Before I can say “so you want me to do your job?” He hung up. Dude got hella snarky when I was realizing he was too lazy to give the pricing on the work he was wanting to do on the car. I called this location bc the other sun auto location was super nice on the phone, but I wanted to check in with this location as they’re close. It. Although it was my first time asking the pricing for the replacement parts I need, I was met with a corporate, fake, ugly attitude. Dude just ruined it for both locations as I was I ready to take my car in tomorrow. $100 for smoke test is the second price I gotten in the area. I suppose I’ll just stick with the first option I had once I find their number again ($80) Look I get that ppl in the past probably “wasted” your time by having you go check prices, but then them never following thru with your shop. But hey at least you’re the one getting paid to help out potential customers. At least you are benefitting from being there picking up the phone and helping with questions. I told the guy that I already worked on my car for this exact issue I’m calling about, I replaced three small parts. So all he had to do was look up two parts as one of the parts I used may have been defected.

1 star simply because the location is convenient and they do state inspections. I brought my car in for an AC issue (Resistor and Blower Motor needed replacing) and was told I would need a full system “reboot” and replacement of nearly everything, with a quote of just over $3,000. Mind you… I KNEW I simply needed the resistor and blower motor replaced because of previous work the car had done. It was presented as a major system failure. They kept telling me the reason why it’s not blowing cold is the compressor and the need for a full system flush and recharge which I understand would benefit my cars cooling… but it’s definitely not as urgent as they made it seem! I ended up taking it elsewhere for a second opinion and was able to get the exact pieces replaced that I needed without being upsold and scammed. AC IS BLOWING AND COLD !! TLDR : Upsell central. Car needed a simple fix but they insisted on full system replacement 😮‍💨
